The initial training during implementation, is a blended approach combining web-based and onsite classroom instruction to better prepare a physician’s staff. In addition, we provide ongoing training support through our web-enabled "Sandbox" training series. Clients are able to sign-up in advance to sharpen their practice management skills.
Our Client Service representatives are able to provide answers to ad hoc training questions. Should more extensive training be required, the MSI Training Department is able to provide customized training programs.
